Dr. Nicole L. Arkadie will be speaking on having a balanced mindset and how learning to Love Yourself Flaws & All leads to mental wellness. She will be demonstrating the positive connection between a healthy mindset and spiritual wellness. 


Ariel Macon-Richard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works as a Counseling Facilitator at Etiwanda School District. Her expertise has been coaching and teaching individuals mindfulness practices with the purpose of having a balanced life. She will be covering topics on mindfulness and self-care and ways to address your emotional needs. 


Dr. Monica Ellis-Blied  is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Program Manager for Health Promotion & Disease at Loma Linda VA. She will be teaching you how to incorporate holy chair yoga into your everyday life to enhance your spiritual and physical well-being. Holy Yoga combines physical movement and mindful breathing to restore the mind, body, and spirit. All movements are done while seated in a chair so that individuals with physical limitations and differing abilities can also participate.
