Lovin Myself Mind, Body & Spirit 2-Day event

SHOW YOURSELF SOME LOVE. February is known as the month of love. Show yourself some love and attend this mental wellness symposium. This event is geared towards working mothers and women. You are always taking care of everyone else's needs and forget to think about yourself. It's time to stop and do something for you. 


Friday Night's Event begins at 6:30pm and ends at 9pm. Dr. Arkadie will be facilitating the empowering evening activities. Take time out for yourself on this evening that's all about you ladies. Understand why you matter too and the reason why your mental wellness is important. Also, tap into your creative side as you create an action plan utilizing a vision board that inspires and helps you unlock your joy and happiness. You will be surrounded by other like minded women who will engage with as you explore the elements of loving yourself, mind, body, and spirit. 

  

  • $60 General Admission Ticket - This general admission ticket includes admittance to the event, a raffle for a free 20 min massage during the event, light refreshments, vision board and materials 


Saturday's Event is from 9:30am - 3:30pm. You don't want to miss out on these three dynamic women speakers. 


Dr. Nicole L. Arkadie will be speaking on having a balanced mindset and how learning to Love Yourself Flaws & All leads to mental wellness. She will be demonstrating the positive connection between a healthy mindset and spiritual wellness. 


Ariel Macon-Richard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works as a Counseling Facilitator at Etiwanda School District. Her expertise has been coaching and teaching individuals mindfulness practices with the purpose of having a balanced life. She will be covering topics on mindfulness and self-care and ways to address your emotional needs. 


Dr. Monica Ellis-Blied  is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Program Manager for Health Promotion & Disease at Loma Linda VA. She will be teaching you how to incorporate holy chair yoga into your everyday life to enhance your spiritual and physical well-being. Holy Yoga combines physical movement and mindful breathing to restore the mind, body, and spirit. All movements are done while seated in a chair so that individuals with physical limitations and differing abilities can also participate.
